We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Settlements Officer ll for a 6-month contract with a top 5 bank in downtown Edmonton. This role has a potential to convert to a permanent opportunity based on performance!

Pay rate: $16.24/hr
Hours: Mon-Sat 7.5 hr shifts Opening 7AM - 8 PM

As a Credit Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
- Adjudicate, structure, distribute and authorize credit
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Review mortgage applications and income documents
- Go through checklist to ensure that all required documentation is there before credit applications are approved

- Gain experience within a leading Canadian bank in Downtown Edmonton
- Foot in the door opportunity
- Earn a competitive pay rate
- Work in a collaborative environment

- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Advanced MS Office: Excel, Word
- Quick Learner
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Typing: Data entry (speed and accuracy)
- Adaptable, professional, flexible, a quick learner, and has strong customer service skills
- 1 year of telephone skills
