Hours of Operation:
Monday - Sunday
7 AM – 11 PM (midnight) ROTATING SHIFTS
English Only - Pay rate: $14/hour

Job Description:
- Outbound Call center Sales

-Provide an exceptional customer experience on every contact related inquiries from Direct Consumers
-Ensure all customers receive accurate, efficient, and value added responses to each questions
-Handle inquiries with a focus on first call resolution
-Turn opportunities in to sales, meeting and exceeding Daily/weekly and monthly sales targets.
-Building rapport with your customers, identify the appropriate packages, highlighting the value and benefits of different packages and/or upgrade existing banking products
-Share feedback and suggestions from customers to the management team to drive positive change
Other duties as assigned
- Create a warm, and pleasant experience for clients
- Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to customer needs

Qualifications
- Action all requests and calls submitted by clients by phone and email
- Conduct research and collaborate with experts in relevant matters. Make recommendations or a decisions on given situations
- Enter and maintain the information in multiple Computer Systems
- Temporary position (with possibility to be hired by the client)
- Managing Incoming Calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
-Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document
