Our client is a global medical company that is looking for a BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in the West Island area! Location in Dorval - MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH LANGUAGES.
Salary $26.00 to $28.00 PER HOUR

Location: West Island- Dorval

Major Accountabilities/Principales responsabilités - Customer operations activities Serves over 200 customers;
Processes orders, and acts as the first line of contact with customers. Provides excellent Customer satisfaction level - Maintains excellent customer relationship.

* Working within an inbound call centre in both FRENCH/ENGLISH
* Tracking/entering customer orders received through phone/fax/email
* Troubleshooting any order discrepancies and assisting client inquiries
* Liaising with the sales support and providing customer resolution

What are we looking for?

* Minimum 2+ years experience working in a CALL CENTRE ENVIRONMENT or Insurance Company !
* Excellent communication skills in English and French
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* JD Edwards, SAP or AS400 is an asset
* Ability to work within a team environment
