Our client Largest Industrial Manufacturing Company is looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a 5-month assignment to support the accounting team in their Burlington Office. The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $17.97 per hour!

Responsibilities:
• Responds to telephone, e-mail, fax requests for service, products or information from clients and other team members
Handling 30-40 incoming calls with the team of 3 employees
•Order entry and processing
•Ensure jobs are invoiced in a timely fashion
•Produce, analyze and distribute monthly reports
•Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Bilingual(French and English) is an asset
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English
•Intermediate level experience using SAP (asset)
•Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications
•Minimum 1-3 years proven success within customer service
•Customer Oriented
•Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
•Strong administrative skills
•Must be proactive, self-disciplined and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity
•Strong analytical thinking and decision making
•Results driven
