Randstad is now looking for a contract Customer Service administrative position for our Client close to Victoria Downtown. Are you a self-motivated, excellent communicator and organized individual?
This role is a combination of customer services and general Admin work. It will give fantastic opportunity to interact with diverse customers as well as performing clerical office duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Liaise with customers, by telephone, in writing or in person, to provide program information.
• Open and sort daily mail containing payment for processing.
• Ensure accuracy of cheques with body date and figures.
• File and maintain inventory of current month and post-dated client cheques.
• Correspond with customers regarding payment errors, information or other issues.
• Liaise with customers, by telephone, in writing or in person, to provide program information.
• Use computer software to create appropriate program pass.
• Liaise with vendors, by telephone, in writing or in person, to provide program information.
• Update the monthly vendor list of change requests.
• Complete any required supporting documentation and file
