We are currently looking for a customer service representative to work in the dealer payouts department in a bank!

What are the main responsibilities of the customer service representative?
- Answer phone calls from the car dealerships
- Provide the dealerships the required informations and/or documents
- Other related tasks

What are the conditions of the job?
Salary: $ 18.90 / hour
3 months contract with possibility of extension and permanency
Office located near Parc station
Schedule: Monday to Friday - between 8am and 9pm and Saturdays between 9am and 6pm - rotation shifts

Qualifications
Perfectly bilingual (oral and written - French and English);
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and to recognize priorities;
Call centre experience - an asset
