What the Call Center Customer Service Agent offers you:

- The 2 weeks training is paid and it is a day schedule;

A full-time schedule of days, evenings and weekends: You must be available during the opening hours: 24/7 but the good news is that you can choose a working mode:

7/7 (10 hours a day / a week of work and after a week off);
4/3 (four days of work / 8.5 hours a day / 3 days off non

Salary 17$ during the probationary period after it changes at 18,50$

What would your day be like as a customer service agent:

- Answer incoming calls, various questions and customer concerns
- Distribute alarm signals between the emergency services provided
- Make outgoing calls in order to validate the nature of the triggering of the alarms at the customers and if necessary, communicate with the emergency services
- Follow up files with clients
- Document the processing of alarm signals with detail in the client files.

The skills required for the position are: The most important: Interest in working in a call center environment

- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written); bilingual
- At least 12 months of relevant customer service experience in call center
- Stimulated by emergency situations;
- Possess an DES or a DEP;
- Be multitasking;
- Have availability of days, evenings and weekends.

Salary: 18.50$ heure
