Company in the pharmaceutical field that has been in the medical environment for over 25 years, is currently looking for a Customer service representative for a permanent positions in Ville Saint-Laurent.

This company is a leader in the North American, Australian and European market which provides quality products by maintaining strong ethical and moral standards.

As a customer service representative, your main responsibilities would be:

-Contact with the Warehouse
-Contact the US warehouse regarding any orders, discrepancies & damaged returns
-Ensure that letters of intent have been provided to the warehouse
-Respond to warehouse calls regarding confirmations of client information
-Coordinate with our shipping facilities to investigate shipping or courier discrepancies.
-Communicate with the Technical Support department, Equipment and Device support, Research & Development and Quality Control for all related inquiries.
-Manage customer Complaints
-Answer the Flow of Incoming Calls and Greet Visitors
-Direct the calls to the appropriate recipient
-Greet, sign in and direct visitors
-Credits, returns, and courier call tags,
-Create new accounts, coordinating controlled substance paperwork or licenses;
-Other administrative tasks required

Salary offered is 34 000 per year, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, full benefits after 3 months, parking on site.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of experience;
-Experience working in a call center and/or a pharmacy is considered an asset;
-Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
-Excellent ability to communicate with clients;
-Organizational skills, timeliness and ease of learning;
-Bilingualism (French and English) both spoken and written.
