Are you looking for a customer service job in Saint John? We have the perfect temp to perm opportunity for you! As a customer service agent, you’ll assist guests with making hotel reservations, modifications and cancellations. Your biggest strength is your ability to field customer interactions in a positive, productive way. Customer service agents are knowledgeable about the company and able to answer customer questions effortlessly. You also keep your targets in mind at all times.

About the job
• Central, uptown location in Saint John (Bell Aliant Building)
• There are lots of opportunities and the customer service team is growing quickly!
• Schedule is flexible (could be any time between 7AM and midnight, 5 days per week)
• You always have 2 consecutive non-weekend days off
• Excellent opportunity if you’re looking for something more permanent
• Pay is $14 with a monthly incentive program
• Extensive customer service training to be provided – you’ll begin the job with 8 days in-person classroom learning and 12-days of live in-the-job training

What the job will involve:
Customer service agents excel at providing an amazing experience to customers. Some of your responsibilities as a customer service agent will include:
• Responding to inbound customer calls with warmth and professionalism
• Using sales techniques to promote products and services
• Achieving KPIs and objectives related to productivity, quality, efficiency and teamwork
• Thoroughly understanding company procedures, especially as it relates to making reservations
• Following company policies to ensure a high standard of service
• Participating in team meetings and bring forward any issues that need to be resolved

This is the perfect job for someone looking to get their foot in the door in a customer service job. Training will be provided on the job, so minimal customer service experience is required. We’re looking for passionate, friendly individuals who are open to learning and have basic customer service skills! You’re a good fit if you have:
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent phone persona and listening skills
• General geographic knowledge
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Able to pass a simple background check
