Are you looking for a call centre job in Saint John? We have a great temp to perm opportunity for you! As a customer service agent, your main responsibility is to assist guests with making hotel reservations, modifications and cancellations. Your biggest strength is your ability to field customer interactions in a positive, productive way. You’re knowledgeable about the company and able to answer customer questions effortlessly. At the same time, you always have your targets in mind.

What the job will involve:
Customer service agents must excel at providing an amazing experience to customers. Some of your responsibilities as a customer service agent will include:
• Responding to inbound customer calls with warmth and professionalism
• Using sales techniques to promote products and services
• Achieving KPIs and objectives related to productivity, quality, efficiency and teamwork
• Thoroughly understanding company procedures, especially as it relates to making reservations
• Following company policies to ensure a high standard of service
• Participating in team meetings and bring forward any issues that need to be resolved

Would you be a good call centre agent?

This is the perfect job for someone looking to get their foot in the door and start their contact centre career. Training will be provided on the job, so minimal call centre experience is needed. We’re mostly looking for passionate, friendly individuals who are open to learning and have customer service skills! You’re a good fit if you have:
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent phone persona and listening skills
• General geographic knowledge
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Able to pass a simple background check
