Do you have a good sense of customer service? You have good communication skills, in both French and English? Are you passionate about the field of transportation and logistics?

A company, leader in its field in North America, is actively looking for a customer service and logistics representative.

As a representative, your duties will include

- Receive customer orders, by email and by phone
- Order entry in the computer system.
- Creating invoices in the Excel software
- Follow up on deliveries.



Advantages

- Evening hours: Monday- Friday 4PM-12:30AM
- Salary 17.48$/hr, After 3 months 18.67$/hr and After 1 year 19.86$/hr

Qualifications
Excellent customer service;
-Bilingualism (French-English);
-Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
-2 to 3 years of experience;
-Good analytical skills, dynamism, enthusiasm
-Must have a high school diploma
