As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor you will be the first line of contact for our clients in downtown Edmonton and throughout Western Canada. Qualifications
This role is highly competitive, and we've already had an overwhelming response from applicants throughout Edmonton. We're looking for the best. Minimum requirements will include:

• Completion of High School at minimum
• Great spoken and written communication - as a Customer Service and Sales Advisor you'll be required to relay complex information and be able to understand a variety of situations
• A proven level of comfort dealing with a diverse and constantly changing client base - you will need to be able to relate to others and allow them to be comfortable in speaking with you
• Experience with a variety of computer skills - applicants will be tested
• The ability and desire to sell
• Professionalism – you love being on time or early and are comfortable handling confidential information with tact
• Strong ability to prioritize many tasks without prior direction
• A passion for meeting operational goals including maintaining and exceeding sales targets and expectations
• Previous retail or customer service experience in a high-volume environment is a strong asset
