Are you great with people and have a background in customer service or sales? Then you could be the perfect person to join our client’s team in Sidney!
One of our clients is now looking for a customer’s service representative in the Sidney area. While daily duties will vary, the basics of this position involve providing customer service through phone/email and processing customer orders through IQMS. The successful candidate will also be trained in the assembly and technical use of all company products.

Sales responsibilities and duties

• Learn the product line to be able to answer customer inquiries
• Provide prompt customer service through telephone and email
• Order entry of customer purchase orders into internal system
• Provide customers with product pricing and shipping quotes
• Entering RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization) and providing customers with return information
• Provide information to customers for status of orders, as well as shipping and tracking information when requested
• Creating shipping/customs documents for orders when required
• Maintaining organized file storage for past invoices and customers POs
• Providing distribution of marketing info/sales sheets/price info to Dealers and End users

Skills and competencies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe. Confidence in learning new computer systems.
• Background in customer service or sales an asset
