Company in the kitchens and bathrooms renovation industry, with more than 150 mill products in inventory, is looking for a customer service coordinator for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the right hand of the Director of the Department, so you must plan and execute customer service activities, answer customer calls, take orders, order tracking, processing documents and other related administrative tasks.

The offered salary is between $ 50,000 and $ 65,000 per year, benefits after 3 months, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, accessible by public transit, on-site parking.


-Bilingualism English and French as well as spoken and written;
-minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
-Adaptability in a constantly changing environment;
-Ability to prioritize and work several files at the same time;
-Good sense of customer service, dynamic, good energy;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel);
