We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep to join a busy team in the Guelph Location.
This position would be a direct hire with the client starting on a 3 month contract.

In this role you would be responsible for:
- Processing of orders received
- Processing return authorizations
- Working with other departments regarding shipments
- Order entry and ensuring accuracy with the product orders
- Assisting with administrative tasks

- Direct hire with the client (contract to start with them)
- Competitive wage of $18.60
- On Bus Route
- Great reputable company in Guelph
- Core hours Monday - Friday

- Post-secondary business degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to use and work with Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated math skills sufficient for pricing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
