Do you have strong interpersonal skills and previous call center experience? If so, one of our banking clients is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 6 month contract in Downtown Toronto!

Pay: $16.63/hour
Hours: Mon - Fri 1-9pm; Saturdays 9am-8pm

As a Customer Service Representative your main job duties include but are not limited to:
- Communicate with customers to provide information regarding inquiries about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing solutions and follow up.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Manage complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Notify customers of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Send issues to appropriate departments for further investigation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions (recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well describe the specific actions that were required)

Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- 5/5 Strong communication skills – verbal & written
- Interpersonal skills – get along well with the team
- 1 year Previous call center experience
- Results driven
- Attention to detail
- 1 year customer service
- Sound quality assurance + detail oriented (nice to have)
- Previous banking experience (nice to have)
