Would you like to work in a Bank? You like to work with customers and you like to complete files? If you answered yes to those questions than we have the perfect job for you!

We are currently looking for a customer service agent in Montreal for a 12 months contract.

Your main duties are mainly processing wire transfers from US clients and international clients.

12 months contract with possibility of extension
Montreal (Downtown)
Salary: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pm
37.5 hours/week
You have to be available to work on Canadian holidays (unless it is a US holiday as well)

Qualifications
Perfectly at ease in english (US clients and international clients only)
Bilingualism - an asset
Call centre experience
Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
