A leader in the benefits/insurance industry is looking for a customer service agents for their call center.

You will be responsible for:
- Answering calls from clients, processing transactions, resolving issues and responding to inquiries related to corporate social benefits;
- Building and maintaining a professional relationship with all participants;
- Navigating in different systems and providing clients with appropriate information as needed;
- Researching on behalf of participants and conduct follow up calls with participants.;
- Responding to participants inquiries via email and over the phone.

Location : Downtown Montreal (Square Victoria metro)
Schedule: Monday to Friday - you have to be available from 8:00am to 8:00pm
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Salary : 16$/h
July 3rd to August 31st
