Looking for a foot in the door opportunity with a large bank? Do you have a passion for customer service? We may have the right opportunity for you! Our client, a multinational bank, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 6 month contract in Campbell River.

Pay rate:$19.50/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm

Job responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Engage in sales, make referrals when possible
- Manage first level escalations
- Answer customer inquiries regarding retail banking, risk operations and counter services
- Complete transactions using excellent data entry skills (speed and accuracy)

- Long term contract
- Competitive pay rate
- Gain experience working for a multinational bank

Must-have skills
- Over 1 year of exceptional customer service
- Over 1 year in a position with experience handling money
- Passionate about the Finance industry, and eager to gain experience.
- Available to work in Campbell River

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in the banking industry
- High School Diploma, College degree in Finance, or Business degree
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
