Attention all Customer Service Representatives candidates (CSR) in North York!

Randstad is hiring Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representatives to support customers with inquiries about a non-profit lottery campaign in a call center capacity! This is your opportunity to join a wonderful environment, and utilize your unique language skills to lend a helping hand for a great cause.

Working days:
October 15th: 12pm - 6pm
October 16th: 1pm - 9 pm
October 17th: 1pm - 9pm
October 18th: 1pm - 9pm

Pay Rate: $14/hour

Job description includes:
- Answer inbound calls from clients interested in the non-profit lottery campaign
- Deliver top customer service levels; ensure the client feels welcomed!
- Aim for 1st call resolution on all calls

- Any Call Center/customer service experience
