Are you a customer service expert with excellent attention to detail? Are you looking for a full time permanent role based in Downtown Vancouver with one of Canada's largest and most successful companies? We are looking for Account Service Representatives to join our team starting November first. We are interviewing for this role now.

As an Account Service Representative your main responsibilities will be responding to phone inquiries whilst processing and managing client and customer accounts and working closing with the Accounts Receivable team.

Other duties include but are limited to:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls, email and faxes from
clients, brokers and underwriting regarding payments, refunds, billing arrangements,
payment methods and account discrepancies.
• Add or update banking information, amend payment schedules as required, process and
review premium refunds.
• Process cheque requisitions, cheque reversals, requests for stop payments, and write-
offs within authorized limits to correct account balances.
• Accurately process final notices and set up withdrawals as needed for final collection
letters within appropriate guidelines.
• Accurately complete daily payment reports and process broker commission payments.
• Maintain filing system. Participate in returning voicemail messages and ensure proper
follow up on files when necessary.

Qualifications
• College diploma preferred.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre setting
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to build, develop and maintain strong relationships
• High attention to detail is a must
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office
• Previous financial/insurance or Account Servicing experience is an asset
• Accurate data entry and keyboarding skills.
