Randstad is currently looking to work with outstanding Customer Service Representatives in the Victoria area!
We are hiring for a permanent opportunity in a well-known and reputable telecommunication company.

Start Date: September 10th, 2018

Job Duties:
- Answering calls in a Call Centre environment related to: Billing, troubleshooting, loyalty and escalations for Mobile products
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust
- You will be responsible to provide customers with the best solutions

Pay Rate: $13.85/hour for the first 90 days then a guaranteed 9% increase after 90 days

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Sunday must be available for variable shifts between the hours of 6:00AM - 10:00PM (rotational shifts)
Full time hours (40 hours weekly)
Training hours (mandatory): Monday - Friday, 4 weeks Full time 8:00am - 4:30pm

Qualifications
- Customer Service experience is required
- Mobile/Computer savvy
- Enjoys working in a call centre setting
- Minimum typing speed of 35/WPM - a typing assessment will be administered
- Ability to confidently assist customers without a script
- Able to navigate web applications, computer savvy is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player and a quick learner
