Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client within the Manufacturing industry in Burlington. The ideal candidate will have experience within customer service, order management, and/or sales. The successful candidate will be responsible providing great customer service in a timely manner and supporting the outside sales team.

Job Duties:

-Customer service over phone and email
-Identifying customer needs
-Warm calling past clients for sales and qualifying prospect clients
-Build positive rapport with clients and potential clients
-Assist customers with product questions
-Accepting, entering and process customer orders
-Providing quotes for customers in a timely manner
-Support vision, mission, and vales of company with strong ethics, honesty, initiative and confidence
-Strong problem solving and decision making
-Travel to meet with clients may be required

Qualifications
-Must be able to work Canadian holidays
