Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Salary: $ 40,000- $ 46,000 / year + benefits
Location: Lasalle
Schedule: 8H-17 (Mon-Fri)

Do you have experience with SAP and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment?

A well-established international company in Lasalle is looking for a customer service representative for a permanent need.

Your tasks will include:
- Take orders received by phone, email or fax and enter the system according to schedule and deadlines
- Take customer service calls for delivery or billing issues, etc.
- Inform the customer of the inventory, the time of availability, the date of delivery.
- Determine the status of orders in progress: check in SAP and communicate with purchases, planning, production and inform customers.
- Track pending orders, upon customer request, and check status with production and shipping.

Qualifications
If you are bilingual (written and oral), you have at least 1 years of experience in customer service (preferably for a manufacturer or distributor) and you have experience with SAP (greatly an asset), do not miss this occasion!
