what you will be doing

• providing excellent logistical and administrative support to the team
• responsible for dispatching services
• processing new business documents in the system, and responding to communications
• answering calls, inquiries, and providing information to customers
• writing, amending, and sending documents and communications

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

• full English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional investigative, negotiating, and analytical skills
• 1-3 years experience in a customer service capacity
• experience in dispatching considered a strong asset
• intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office
• dynamic and friendly with an upbeat personality
