Customer service representative

We are looking for people that are interested in working in a dynamic environment where the learning never stops. With servicing over 750 different clients, the days go by very quickly. You must be thinking ‟how am I supposed to help/ remember 750 different clients?‟ The answer is simple, yYou will be working on a software that is very advanced therefore when the calls come in, the clients page will appear on your screen and all the information will be at your disposal. Satisfied clients and happy employees is what we are looking for.

Main tasks

• Answer all incoming calls in both English and French
• Write all client information into the CRM
• Send the clients the information retrieved through your inbound calls
• Customer service no sales

• Perfectly bilingual - English and French both orally and written
• 1-2 Customer service experience in a call center
• Level of education: High school or higher
