As a customer service representative, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Receiving calls/emails and processing orders and providing:
- Product information.
- Availability.
- Price verification.
- Coordination of deliveries
- Provide impeccable customer service and solve problems.
- Invoice processing.
- Maintain client files.


- Sense of ethics
- Excellent bilingualism (oral and written).
- Prioritize teamwork.
- knowledge of equipment & tools
