Position: Customer Service Representative
Type: Permanent
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Salary: 38-42k / year
Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

- Order entry (received by phone, fax, or web)
- Respond to questions regarding price, delivery, product specifications, product utilisation and installation.
- Manage and update client accounts
- Process return and credits to client accounts

- Strong MS Excel
- Have 2-3 years experience in Customer Service
- Able to take initiative, independent
- Someone who has experience working within a department store
