Position: Customer Service Representative

A Multinational company in the manufacturing domain is currently seeking a Customer Relations Representative for their Canadian office located in Ville Saint-Laurent that will report to their Inside Sales Manager.

Salary: $40 to $55K / year + benefits
Location: Ville Saint Laurent
Schedule: 40 hours a week
Type: Permanent

- Assure the communication and resolution of customer performance requirements
- Answer customer inquiries
- Process customer requests and orders for material
- Coordinate orders (reception, confirmation, follow-up)
- Close follow-up of back orders and management of delays
- Expedite internal requests to ensure shipment of customer orders
- Verify inventory
- Receive and respond to all Requests for Quotes
- Help grow accounts to help sales team achieve their objectives
