We have a great customer service job for you in North York!
As a customer service representative for a leading provider in benefits administration and cloud-based HR & Financial solutions, you’ll be dealing with customer inquiries on a daily basis and putting your top-notch customer service skills to good use!

As a customer service representative, you will be supporting customers with Benefits & HR Services. Some of your responsibilities as a customer service representative will include:
• Handling high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees
• Conducting outbound calls for follow up as required
• Answering the concerns and questions of employees, educating them, and solving complex
issues related to benefits, retirement plans, and other HR related services
• Processing transactions
• Accessing customer accounts and updating files in database
