Do you have a strong sales background and are you looking for a career change? Would you like to work in the insurance industry? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Would you like to work in Downtown Vancouver with one of Canada's leading insurance companies? If the answer is yes, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

Your role as a Sales and Customer Service Representative is to provide excellent customer service and guidance to customers regarding auto and home insurance.

Please note that all candidates must be available to work full time during our hours of operation as follows:
- 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM - Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM - Rotating Saturdays
- Occasional Statutory Holidays

Start Date: Tuesday August 7th

The main duties for this role are but not limited to:

- Building your book of business
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Consistently hit and exceed your personal and team goals
- Problem solving and customer resolution
- Keep up to date on our services and offers provided
- Identify areas of improvement

Qualifications
- High school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Previous sales, customer service and/or call centre experience
- Property and casualty insurance experience or license is an asset
- High degree of professionalism and strong communication skills
- Ability to learn autonomously and thrive in a self-study training environment
- Thrives in a fast paced environment, while being able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
