Position: Customer Service - Sales Assistant

Are you someone who enjoys talking & helping clients?
Are you someone who thrives on being creative and resourceful?
In addition, are you someone who has strong MS Office skills?

Salary: $40K to $45K /year
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm

What your day would look like:
- Respond to customers about any inquiries
- Research products
- Communicate with suppliers & place orders into the system
- Update and manage price lists
- Receive, manage, monitor orders
- Manage inventory

Things we are looking for in our Candidates:
- Bilingual; English & French (written & oral)
- Experience with order entry
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Have experience using Microsoft NAV or ERP
- Experience in the import/export industry is an asset
