Our client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who specializes in Hydraulic knowledge.
This is a permanent opportunity within the Kitchener location.

In this role you would be responsible for:
- Clarify and fulfill customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services in a timely manner
- Support outside sales in technical, pricing, and delivery aspects
- Manage and control inventory levels through various purchasing duties
- Respond to sales inquiries via telephone, email and fax
- Responsible for quotations, order entry, order status requests, and the overall satisfaction of customers
- Understand and respond to customer delivery needs through communication with internal personnel, vendors, manufacturers and other affiliated individuals
- Resolve customer problems/discrepancies in an prompt and tactful manner
- Promote and effectively sell products adhering to procedures outlined by the established best practices
- Support and participate in the conformance to ISO 9001 requirements

- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills (MSOFFICE) and have previous working experience with an ERP Software
- Knowledge of industrial distribution supply chains, Hydraulics, hose, or pneumatics
- Proficient customer service, communication (verbal and written), great interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve, and work as a team player and independently
- Previous working experience of an Inside Sales Representative is a must
