The clothing industry has changed. Purchases are more and more made online. Shopping is no longer done walking around in a mall but in front of a computer. However, this does not mean we no longer need the human aspect of shopping that we all enjoy. We still need help to answer our questions and seek advice with our purchases.

This is why we need you and your wonderful customer service skills, to ensure a great service.

What you will be doing:

-Answer inbound calls from different customers and offer quality customer service
-Use your sales knowledge to build customer loyalty and provide good advice
-Answer customer inquiries
-Offer technical support if the client need help navigating the website
-Responds to any questions about billing, reception of their package, delivery, etc.
-Enter all the information into the CRM

Schedule: Monday to Sunday: day, evening and night time schedule (6am to 11pm or 11pm to 6am)

Location: Moncton, New Brunswick

Salary: 15$ - 16$/ hour

Qualifications
Here's what you need to have:

-High school diploma-
-Basic skill for sales
-Good customer service
- Six months of customer service experience
- Ability to use a computer
