Are you currently looking for an entry level opportunity in the Dorval territory in the West Island. This company has been freight forwarders for mostly marble, tiles and now food through mainly air and ocean. They are currently looking for a invoicing clerk who will also be doing data entry.

- Update the vendor record with changes in address or contact information
- Prepare payments by check and electronic funds transfers
-Review the time scale for accounts payable - make payment arrangements and ensure payments are made.
- Accounts Receivable Data Entry
- Documentation of orders
- Invoicing, bills, payments and procedures

Qualifications
-This position requires a high school education
-Someone who is familiar with accounts receivable
-0-2 years experience in data entry and accounts receivable
-Canadian experience in a high production volume environment, and knowledge of accounting procedures and practices.
- Experience with strong skills in using Excel and Sage (AccPac)
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional skills in analysis, interpersonal skills, communication and time management.
- Organizational skills
-Ability to communicate in French and English, spoken and written.
