What will you be working on?

Analyzing, designing, modeling, and implementing database components for one or more applications
Writing and maintaining SQL code (functions, stored procedures, objects)
Optimizing and tuning database performance
Solving production database issues
Providing support and guidance to developers who need to interface with the database
Providing deployment and production support as necessary
Writing and maintaining data conversion scripts (for new customers, version upgrades)
Maintaining test environments
Writing and maintaining ETL components (SSIS)
Writing and maintaining Reports (SSRS) You will be successful here if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in IT or MIS related or equivalent
5 years and more of SQL development experience in related position with MS SQL Server 2012 & 2016
2-3 years of DBA experience (ideally MS SQL Server 2012 & 2016)
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with data modeling concepts and tools

Thorough understanding of system design & analysis, acceptance testing, user training, and performance improvement
A positive “Can Do” attitude
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Passion for learning and applying new technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
