If you enjoy customer service, and want to get a foot in the door in credit reporting, then we have a role for you. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Representative for our Credit client in North york.

In this job, you will be responsible for troubleshooting requests and answering general questions regarding access to and data processing through the Debt Recovery Solutions platform.

You will be responsible for;
-Processing telephone and email requests.
-Prioritizing and handling all customer escalations in a timely manner to resolve reported issues.
-Providing internal and external alerting when files are not processing according
to expectations.
-Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge.
-Handling special projects as assigned.

You will represent the Consumer Relations department in a project team capacity, and will be responsible for consumer experience and ensuring that queries are responded to in a timely manner. Responsibilities: addressing customer concerns/inquiries, accessing and providing consumer data, and following pre established quality standards.

North York Location - Located near the subway
12 Month contract to start with strong extension possibility
Start date: August 27th, 2018
Full time hours
Shift between 8am - 8pm

Previous call centre experience required (minimum 1 year of technical support experience)
SQL or Oracle experience is preferred
High attention to detail is required
Strong customer service focus
