As a Deskside Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Install, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and computer peripherals
• Install and support end-user software applications
• Provide smart hand services
• Resolve internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers
• Maintain parts inventory and log all service/repair activities
• Migration of user systems and profiles
• Perform new system setups
• Provide non-standard support as required

Qualifications
• 4-7 years of related experience
• CompTIA A+ Certification and Microsoft Certifications (MCP and/or MCSE)
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Good troubleshooting skills and good interpersonal/communication skills for working with end-users and other team members
• Windows OS knowledge (Windows 7, Windows 8.x and Windows 10)
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Able to deploy images to clients' desktops and laptops using SCCM and WDS
• Desktop and Laptop hardware knowledge
