Are you a Red Seal Diesel Mechanic looking for a career opportunity where you can lead the maintenance of a fleet? Do you want a Monday to Friday position that allows for a strong work-life balance? Apply today for this immediate, full-time permanent role in North West Winnipeg with a well established company!

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years experience with Truck and Transport Mechanic Red Seal Endorsement.

Duties include but are not limited to;
-Inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
-Diagnose and repair mechanical units and components
-Complete reports to record problems and work performed
-Oversee 2 apprentices


Advantages
-$50,000 to $60,000/year
-Monday to Friday daytime hours
-7:00am to 5:30pm (Overtime is available)
-Group benefits available after 3 months with 80% coverage for medical coverage and dental coverage
-RRSP after 1 year with 2.5% matching for 5 years (after that 5% matching)
-2 weeks vacation accrued in the first year, 4 weeks after 3 years
-3 paid mental health days per year
-Salary reviewed annually

Qualifications
-3+ years experience
-Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
-Truck and Transport Mechanic Red Seal Endorsement
-Air Brake Endorsement
-Class 1/1F/A Licence (Semi-Trailer Trucks)
-Commercial Vehicle Inspection Certificate
