The Client in the Fin-tech space is looking to bring on board their Director of Implementation services to their corporate headquarters in Downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

•Own, manage and complete the technical aspects of the integration of product.
•Managing the Implementation team to improve processes and develop proper KPI’s
•Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
•Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
•Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
•Manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced work environment
•Coordinate with a wide variety of team members while maintaining project velocity
•Distill product requirements from product owners into implementable user stories
•Communicate directly with all levels of the company
•Identify and mitigate project risks
•Develop, improve, maintain internal management processes
•Participate and drive technical discovery sessions as it relates to implementation projects
•Complete data analysis and reconciliation
•Aptitude for analysis and interpretation of data
•Complete all technical aspects of system configuration
•Prepare customer facing project documentation and training materials to assist
in customer rollout
•Work with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to identify and satisfy customer needs
•Initiate and provide ideas for constant improvement of implementation policies, procedures and
processes, etc.
•Demonstrate a high level of confidence when faced with challenging situations
•Seamlessly facilitate and participate in discussions with business and technical leadership,
including c-suite and related customer stakeholders
•Troubleshooting escalated technical problems and drive the outcome of the escalation in a
timely, professional and courteous manner
•Act as a liaison between Client Services and the Product and Engineering groups
•Develop and maintain deep expertise in the company products and services to provide value to
customers
•Provide training to internal and external stakeholders
•Assist in testing and quality assurance of software and integrations
•Initiate and provide ideas for constant improvement of customer support, policies, procedures
and processes, etc.
•Contribute to a company-wide culture of customer success

Skills & Qualifications
•B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Economics, or equivalent
•10+ years experience in implementing cloud based software solutions in a client facing role
•5+ years consulting experience
•Team management skills
•Extraordinary interpersonal skills
•Amazing written and verbal communication skills
•Exceptional ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
•Creative problem solver who is willing to explore outside of their comfort zone
•Flexible and self-motivated team player who is Excellent Customer Service skills
•Nice to Have: Accounting experience and/or knowledge of A/R processes
•Nice to Have: SQL or ETL/Database experience
