We are looking for a Director, Quality Assurance whose primary focus is building and releasing software products.
You will be responsible for:
-any quality activities related to a product
- make necessary changes and tough decisions - immune to peer pressure and not compromise on quality
This a full-time permanent position based out of Mississauga.

What is required of you?
-Ability to build an engaged testing team that owns quality
-Experience with test automation and code quality strategies: unit/integration/functional tests, linting, static code analysis, code reviews, etc
-Experience with modern testing strategies and tools: TDD, BDD, Cucumber, JMeter, SonarQube, Selenium, etc
-Understanding of modern SDLC designs and strategies; from source control, branching, work item management, CI/CD, quality gates, and release processes
-Ability to understand a product easily, identify key functionality/workflows, and effectively design test cases and test suites to ensure high quality
-Ability to understand complexity, identify & resolve inconsistencies, and bring clarity to discussions
-University degree in software/computer science or engineering, or equivalent demonstrated knowledge
