Dispatch Administration

Have you worked within a dispatch or coordinator role? Do you have experience communicating with Drivers and providing great customer service to internal and external individuals? Do you enjoy administration? Then we have the perfect role for you!

If you are looking to working within an exciting, dynamic environment we are currently looking for a Dispatch Administrator in the Burlington area.

Job duties:

- Answering questions and gathering information for Drivers
- Dispatching drivers within Southern Ontario
- Answer customer questions and trouble shooting issues
- Data entry using Excel
- Tracking and tracing drivers
- Filing and closing driver run sheets
- Scanning, filing, and other administrative duties as needed

- Temporary to Permanent position
- Monday- Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
- $16.00 an hour
- 4% Vacation Pay
- Great Burlington Location
