If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Document Specialist to support a team in our global corporate in Downtown Toronto. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 12-month assignment, be paid $18.01 per hour, and be responsible for supporting IT/End User Support Services, including the following:

• Problem diagnosis, troubleshoot and repair using technical documentation, tools and resources
• Provide maintenance services and support to clients
• Software loads, machine installation or removal and retrofits
• Manage maintenance, productivity and supply requests
• Support download & installation of printer drivers for end-users of network-connected devices as required
• Check operation of equipment

• Work in Downtown Toronto location (near the Union Station and PATH)
• Work full-time business hours on a 12-month assignment
• Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

• Listen, understand & communicate effectively
• Effective interpersonal skill behaviors
• Ability to work independently and/or on a team with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 30lbs
• Maintenance and repair of electronic /electrical /mechanical printing or computer equipment is an asset
• Advanced Computer skills and MS Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High school education or above
