We have an exciting opportunity for a Documentation Specialist to work for one of Canada's largest energy distribution companies located in Fort St. John. Do you have technical documentation review or processor experience? If so, apply now! This role will allow you to grow in the team & in the company and offers a great chance to further develop your office/clerical experience.

Your responsibilities as a Documentation Specialist reporting to a Supervisor or Manager will include:
• Translating business specifications into user documentation.
• Preparing and/or maintaining documentation for programming, systems operation and user documentation
• Relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Planning writing, and maintaining systems and user support documentation efforts

Qualifications
• An Associate's degree in a related area with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
