Our client located in Mississauga is looking for a Drupal Developer, they should ideally be strong with HTML,CSS, and Javascript as well.

Job Profile

Position: Coordinator, Website
Reports to: Manager, Web Development


The Coordinator, Web Development is responsible for supporting Our client's online presence and engagement activities. Specifically, this role executes email campaigns, builds donation and engagement forms, and updates website content. The position is part of the Business Solutions Team and will be called upon to contribute to ongoing planning and project development.


• Manage, maintain and publish content and online engagement within Our Client's web-based content management systems, including;
o Website content
o Online fundraising and engagement forms;
o Updates to the Survival Gifts e-commerce platform;
• Develop and deploy responsive broadcast emails and online surveys as needed based on requirements from various departments to support e-communications to external supporters;
• Ensure content, forms and emails adhere with the overall strategy and requirements for data collection and performance measurement
• Perform QA testing on all new and updated online assets;
• Troubleshoot online platform issues with external vendors;
• Manage assigned tasks and requests through Smartsheet work queue to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met;
• Collaborate with internal content owners in fundraising, marketing, communications and policy, to ensure online content is generated and delivered for website projects and updates;
• Perform other general web maintenance tasks as required;
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Our client Canada’s online platforms
o Provide technical expertise and apply best practices
o Improve internal approaches and business processes

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills

• University degree and/or college diploma, and relevant experience
• Direct experience in a Drupal or similar CMS environment
• Direct experience with online donation and engagement platforms such as Engaging Networks
• Direct experience with developing and deploying responsive broadcast emails
• A minimum of 2 years development experience in HTML/CSS, Javascript, jQuery
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and image editing software
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, independent worker
• Strong time management skills
• Able to occasionally accommodate evening or weekend activities as needed
