The world of customer service is changing. Communications with clients are more and more being done over the internet. Efficiency and speed is what clients are looking for which is why we are adapting to the demand. You would be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing technical support and upselling through e-chats and calls.

Even though clients are looking for quick and easy answers, they are still looking for the human approach. They will be chatting with you and not a robot. You will be making the difference in their busy lives.

Location: Montreal
Position : Part time Customer Service Agent
Schedule: be available from 7:00am to midnight ( you will receive your schedule 3 weeks ahead of time)
Salary: 14$ -16$ ( depending on your experience)

- Answer all client inquiries by phone, email and e-chat
- Give advice on the company’s services and promotions
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and French
- Help clients understand their invoices and rectify any errors
- Promote and sell the features, advantages, and benefits of Shaw products and services to our customers
