Are you an Executive Assistant with polish and finesse? Do you provide yourself with your ability to be tech savvy and number oriented? Is multi-tasking one of your "things"?

If you are answering yes, then we have the perfect role for you! As our client in the technology division of a large asset management firm is looking for a stellar Executive Assistant to support their CFO within a short term contract.

THE DAY to DAY DUTIES:

• Supporting CFO
• Managing calendar for meetings
• Document review
• Reporting and invoicing
• General admin related work: answering phone calls, printing, filing, scheduling conference calls
• Advising CFO about urgent emails
• Coordinating with office services when needed



Qualifications
NICE to HAVES:

• Experience supporting a CFO
• Experience in professional services

MUST HAVES:

• Providing support to SVP level management or C-Suite leaders
• Post secondary education
• Above 90% scores in Microsoft Suite
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to pass criminal, credit and education verifications
