Our client, one of Canada's top banks, is hiring a Education Training & Content Coordinator for a 4 month contract with long term potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Training and Communication Manager is responsible for identifying the local communication and training needs within RBWM. This will include developing the strategy, developing material, leveraging the existing corporate Learning and Communication teams, and may include delivering training to stakeholders. This may include delivering on the local and global Training and Communication agenda, addressing key projects and will become accountable for ensuring the RBWM business in each country. This role must drive cultural change within the business using learning and communication solutions. Coordinates effective Communication. Ensures high quality training is designed and delivered. Achieves and maintains sustainability once complete. The role holder will work closely with Country business owners to achieve this outcome, and the close co-operation with senior local stakeholders across RBWM will be crucial for success of this priority initiative.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, finance, related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in creating on-boarding/training material.
• Strong problem-solving, lateral thinking, communications, project management, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business, including areas of CVM, Business Performance, Distribution, Risk, Compliance, and Financial Crime Compliance. This includes their products, services and processes and pertinent regulations impacting their delivery.
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative, technical solutions.
• Ability to develop project budgets and projections.
• Experience in presenting business options.
