We are currently recruiting for a well-known company in the Scarborough area for an Electrical Technician position.

You will be responsible for Electrical wiring of industrial equipment and control panels.

Job Responsibilities:

-Works under minimum direction from the Supervisor
-Correctly interprets schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings as applicable
-Effectively sets up workstation to produce an acceptable product while minimizing scrap and rework
-Ability to use hand tools and electrical tools
-Communicates well with colleagues and the Supervisor
-Works safely
-Minimum absenteeism and is punctual

-Performs other work as assigned by the Supervisor

Employment Conditions
- Full Time Permanent Position
- Straight Day shift (Mon-Thurs 6am-3pm, Fri 6am-12pm)
- $20.00-$24.00/hr to start
- Benefits Offered: medical and dental, up to 80%, personal and family
- Vacation time: 2 weeks first year
- Great working conditions

What we are looking for:
- Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings
- Previous experience with Electrical Wiring within an industrial environment
- Experienced with Control panel building
- Very strong experience with Controls (wiring, VFD's, Sensors, PLC's ECT)
- must be punctual and ready to be committed to contribute to the team
