One of the leading and fastest-growing retailers in the world, is looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst based in the Lower Mainland. This is a permanent position with competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, the ERP Business Analyst is responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics 2009, including Retail, Warehouse / Distribution Center functionality.
The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting colleagues with developing new processes, identifying areas for opportunity, training colleagues on existing functionality, gathering requirements for change requests, and writing development requests.
The Business Analyst will provide on-going to support for the application, as well as participate on projects related to the ERP System to support corporate initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the performance and stability of the ERP Application.
• Handles all Escalations for the ERP Application issues.
• Works with other Business Leaders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement related to the ERP Application.
• Maintain the Product Roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and related technologies.
• Develop KPI’s to measure system performance and establish measurement criteria.
• Supports other department teams with reconciliations, analysis and ERP data-driven tasks.
• Supports data modelers and report designers with understanding the ERP data-schema in application contexts.
• Communicates changes and releases that impact the functionality of the ERP Application to the impacted colleagues and parties.
• Co-ordinate system enhancements and changes across impacted stakeholders.
• Attends relevant industry events, etc. This role requires moderate travel (10-30%).
• Performs all required performance evaluations and discussions.
• Teaches, trains, develops and inspires their team to deliver results.

Role Requirements:

• This role requires moderate travel (10-30%): travel maybe required to other countries for conferences and vendor meetings.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
• Three or more years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2.
• Two or more years’ experience in the Retail Industry in a Business Analyst or equivalent role.
• Strong analytical, verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform tactically while planning strategically.
• Ability to re-engineer processes, form policies, and develop and implement new strategies.
• Builds and maintains lasting relationships with key business partners, vendors
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of LS Retail / InfoStore.
• Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Unified Commerce / Omni-Channel principles.
• Basic knowledge of Internet and Networking Concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Development/Programming Concepts.
• Exposure to Project Management Frameworks/Disciplines (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile or Waterfall).
